Jarrow Formulas uses inulin from chicory which is a source of FOS to encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria. Jarro-Dophilus + FOS survives stomach acid and implants. FOS are natural carbohydrates that enhance replication of beneficial bacteria.

Each Jarro-Dophilus + FOS 280 mg capsule contains: 6 species of the hardiest of the Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria at a potency of 10-15 Billion per gram at time of manufacture. Each dairy capsule contains approximately 3.36 Billion organisms.

Suggested Use:
Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with unchilled water, or dissolve capsule in mouth, 20-60 minutes after eating, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. For infants and children, open capsule and pour contents into water or over food.
