Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 1/2 teaspoons (5 grams), mixed into juice or water, 4 times daily for 5 days (loading phase). Thereafter, take 1 1/2 teaspoons 1 to 2 times daily (maintenance dose).
