Vegetarian Jarro-Zymes Plus™ is a special formulation of acid-stable microbial and fungal enzymes with activities similar to pancreatin, containing amylase, lipase, and a complex of endo- and exo-peptidases that are active over a wide range of gastrointestinal pH.
